The submissions to the eBusiness Directory have been rolling in. Some good, some not so good.

But to let you (the end user) know, we’re out there looking to expand the directory on our own.

We love to get submissions, but we don’t rely on them to populate the directory. We are out there scouting for new useful sites to add. I’ve been doing this personally so far, and I have found StumbleUpon to be a tremendous tool for this.

It’s a great tool for finding additional sites for categories that we already have established. I have been able to find many good ones that aren’t so easy to find in a simple Google search.

For example, yesterday I decided to look for some more Internship sites to grow the category we have for this.  I found sites like InternShare and InterExchange.

Now maybe you’ve heard of these before and maybe you haven’t. The point is that we’re out there actively seeking out new quality resources for you. This is a further testament to our dedication to a quality directory, and not just a link dump (for lack of a better word).

I’m not telling you this to pat myself on the back, I just want users to know that we really want you to USE the directory and not just submit to it (although that is still encouraged too).

And of course, we are always open to suggestions.
